How to Change the Background of an ID Photo

What each document actually requires

The specs vary a bit depending on the paperwork, but almost all of them share the same basics: a plain background in a specific color (white is the most common, though the classic Spanish national ID used to ask for light blue), even lighting with no harsh shadows on the background, and the face looking straight at the camera.
